Positive Thinking.

You know what is wrong with the world today?

I live on a small island in the Caribbean, as i was on my way home i started thinking about how free we could be! How it would make us a much better person if we could only see beyond our false pride.
We have so many rules and regulations we live by. I don't mean our laws: those were put in place to protect us!

I mean the rules people make for each other the rules that corrupt our individual coolness... for instance we have so much pride and what is pride? My definition of pride is where we do things just because people might be watching our move and they may talk, they may say all kinds of bad stuff about us and we take that to heart like what they say is our salvation when it really shouldn't be.   We shouldn't care about what people think we should be leading by example we should live to please our selves we should live each day trying to make that day better than yesterday we really should be inspiring our younger generation our kids nieces nephews influencing them in a positive way and not in the way the world is going right now.

People being unkind to each other i find that we have been on this earth as a human race for far too long to still be mean and cruel to each other by this time we should have found a way to be getting along rather than building nuclear weapons to destroy other nations and other human beings like our selves. What is wrong with the world?? Simple answer absolutely nothing!! We are the problem... so i urge you to be what you wanna be! Be your self! Be a positive influence to everyone around you, you may never know who may be looking on! or who'sbeen watching you as their role model without you knowing... i never knew i was a role model until my 6 year old niece and nephew came to live with me... when asked what my niece wants to be she says i wanna be like you aunty so naturally i'm like why would u wanna be like me? I'm nowhere near perfect i'm not a good selection for a role model i would think! she says aunty you try to be really nice to us even when you're upset! Now obviously i felt a little bad bout being upset with them at this time.

My niece and nephew has had it hard for the past couple years my brother (their father) was left with divorce papers and two whole kids but he loves them so he does whatever he can legally to make sure they have enough and that is unconditional love!
Please do not allow our minds to be entrapped with the negative things and ways of this world but take some time when you do have time to really breathe, detach, see the things for what they really are!
